Shipping Policy
We strive to fulfill and ship your order in the most efficient manner. Most orders ship within 3 business days after they are received.
Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change. Due to the unpredictable nature of the shipping industry, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. The time period from order to delivery will vary depending on location.
Additional shipping and processing fees may apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories and Canada. Other International Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination and will vary.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship orders only within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). Please contact customersupport@drsevinor.com for all other international orders. Customers are responsible for any tariffs, duties, taxes, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase of Dr. Sevinor Skincare Solutions products. If you are not satisfied with any product in may be returned within 30 days of your order. Simply email our customer service department at customersupport@drsevinor.com to get a return authorization number. You will need to ship the product, (used or unused) for a full product refund less 20% handling and processing fee.
You must return all merchandise (opened and unopened) within 30 days of receipt. Failure to return merchandise may cause the order to be ineligible for a refund. Your return should also include your name, order confirmation number, return authorization number and reason for the requested return. The return shipment must be sent to:

All return shipping charges are paid by the customer. To ensure that merchandise is returned safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. Postal Service with insured delivery.
If your refund is accepted, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
